Online Store Regulations
§1 General Provisions
- These Regulations define the rules for using the CAVESTO online store, placing orders, and concluding sales agreements through the online store.
- The owner of the store is Magnetic Mobel Sp. z o.o.
- The store sells tables made to individual customer order.
- Contact with the store is possible via the contact form, email address, or phone number provided on the website.
§2 Definitions
- Seller – the owner of the CAVESTO brand.
- Customer – a natural person, company, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.
- Product – a table or other product offered in the online store.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller.
- Order – a declaration of the Customer's will aimed at concluding a sales agreement.
§3 Placing orders
- Orders can be placed via the store's website 24 hours a day.
- The condition for order fulfillment is providing correct contact and address details.
- Products offered in the store are made to individual order according to the configuration chosen by the Customer, including, among others:
- dimensions,
- tabletop shape,
- type of sintered stone,
- base color.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance.
§4 Prices and payments
- All prices given on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT, if required by law.
- Delivery costs are provided when placing an order.
- The store reserves the right to change product prices, however, these changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Available payment methods are specified on the store's website.
§5 Production and order fulfillment
- Tables are produced to individual Customer order.
- Standard order fulfillment time is usually from 4 to 5 weeks.
- The fulfillment time may be extended in the event of:
- non-standard products,
- periods of increased order volume,
- delays beyond the Seller's control.
- The Customer will be informed about any changes to the fulfillment time.
§6 Transport and delivery
- Deliveries are made throughout the European Union.
- Products are transported on pallets via reputable shipping companies.
- Standard delivery time is approximately 3 business days from the moment of shipment.
- Delivery is made to street level and does not include carrying the product into an apartment, house, or premises.
- The buyer is responsible for arranging the carrying of the table into the room.
- The Customer is obliged to ensure before purchase that the ordered product can be carried into the target room.
§7 Receipt of shipment
- Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer should check the condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the courier.
- In case of damage, it is recommended to draw up a damage report and immediately contact the Seller.
§8 Complaints
- The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints should be submitted electronically or in writing, along with a description of the problem and photos of the damage, if possible.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
§9 Right of withdrawal from the agreement
- Products offered by the store are made to individual Customer order and according to their specifications.
- In accordance with applicable law, in the case of products made to individual order, the Customer may not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
- Detailed information regarding withdrawal from the agreement is provided individually before order fulfillment.
§10 Personal data
- Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
- Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the store's Privacy Policy.
§11 Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
- Sales agreements are governed by the laws applicable in the country of the Seller's registered office.
- The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the store's website.
