Returns and Complaints

At CAVESTO, each table is made to individual customer order – according to the selected configuration of dimensions, shape, type of sintered stone, and base color.

Returns and Withdrawal from the Agreement

Due to the individual nature of production, after placing and paying for an order, it is not possible to withdraw from the agreement or return the product.Products are made to individual customer order and, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, are not subject to return once production has begun.

Warranty

All our tables come with a warranty of up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that products reach customers in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

In case of receiving a damaged product, please:

• check the shipment upon receipt,
• take photos of the damage,
• contact our customer service department as soon as possible after delivery.

Each complaint is processed individually and with the utmost care.
