At CAVESTO, each table is made to individual customer order — according to the chosen configuration of dimensions, shape, type of sintered stone, and base color.

Returns and Withdrawal from Contract

Due to the individual nature of production, after placing and paying for an order, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract or return the product. Each table is made specifically to the customer's order according to their specifications.

Warranty

All our tables come with a warranty of up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that products reach customers in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

If you receive a damaged product, please:

• check the shipment upon receipt,
• take photos of the damage,
• contact our customer service department as soon as possible after delivery.

Each complaint is considered individually and with the utmost care.
